Main Street was closed between Fairmount Avenue and Lafayette Avenue after wires went down following the crash, the Chatham Borough Police Department said on Facebook.
Power remains out but is expected to be restored within the hour, police said. Police are asking residents avoid the area while they replace the pole, officers said.
